Kim Williams, 46, is held on $10 million bond on the charges, which could carry the death penalty.

McLelland and his top assistant, Mark Hasse, prosecuted Williams' husband, Eric Lyle Williams, and won a conviction against him for stealing three computer monitors from the Courthouse.  Because of Willems' conviction, we was stripped of his Justice of the Peace job.

Eric Williams has been under arrest since Saturday, charged with making terroristic threats.

Lt. Justin Williams said Williams is also charged with Hasse's murder.  He was gunned down as he walked into the Kaufman County Courthouse in January.  The McLellands were killed in their home.
