Wild Police Chase from Boerne to Northwest SA

Two burglary suspects face a laundry list of charges after they led police on  wild high sped chase through two counties overnight.

Boerne Police tell 1200 WOAI's Morgan Montalvo that around midnight, a Boerne officer saw the men burglarizing a building in the suburb.

The men jumped into their car and sped off when they saw the officers.  The officer chased them onto I-10, and town the expressway toward San Antonio at speeds approaching 100 miles an hour.

When the chase entered San Antonio, SAPD officers joined the pursuit.

The vehicle got off the highway and wound up and down surface streets on the northwest side, before slamming their car into a telephone pole at Chadwell and Wilson, near Jefferson High School.

They were rushed to University Hospital, and after they are released, will face numerous charges in Bexar and Kendall Counties.
