Two Sought in Shooting at West Side Wal-Mart

  Police have one person in custody and are looking for two more in connection with a shooting incident at a west side Wal-Mart, 1200 WOAI news reports.

 

  Police tell 1200 WOAI's Michael Board that three people, a man and two women, entered the Wal-Mart at West Military and Loop 410 and were trying to walk out with items without paying for them.

 

  A security guard tried to stop them and a struggle ensued in the store.  The three ran into the parking lot and jumped into a red Chevy Cobalt and sped away.

 

  A woman in the back seat fired two shots toward the security guards as they were speeding away.  Nobody was hurt.

  "We're so grateful that no one was hurt," Wal-Mart spokeswoman Dianne Gee told 1200 WOAI news.  "The safety and security of our customers and our associates is always our top priority."
