Boerne Police: Student Who Made Threat Had Guns

Police in Boerne think they have thwarted a planned attack against Boerne Middle School.

1200 WOAI's Michael Board reports that a seventh grader at the school allegedly threatened to shoot a group of fellow students.

Those students reported the threat to the cops, and a search warrant was issued.

In the bedroom of the student who made the threat, police found several guns, rifles, and handcuffed.

The would be gunman has been arrested.

A police spokesman told 1200 WOAI news the youngster had a grudge against the other students because of a fight earlier this week.
